Taxi Call System was introduced and operated for the first time in the world for the reasonable and effective management of taxis which are carrying out one of the most important functions among the public transportation systems in Incheon Int'l Airport.
It was separated completely from Taxi Taking Area and Taxi Standing-by Area, which enables the taxi users to use the taxi with a minimum moving distance and the taxi drivers to take a rest in a standing-by area provided separately while they are waiting for the passengers.

Therefore, it has made the disordered waiting line of the taxis in the existing airports disappear completely.

This system is divided into Taxi Taking Area System and Taxi Standing-by Area System and the former consists of vehicle license plate recognizer, vehicle image management device, totaling device for taxi numbers by destination and grade (loop coil and loop detector), standing-by system and the communication device with the center system, and the latter consists of vehicle license plate recognizer for entering vehicles, the electric sign for exit guiding by region, the situational board for taxi standing-by, exit ticket verifier, vehicle license plate recognizer for exiting vehicles and the communication device with the Taxi Taking Area System.
It has the function of saving and referring the images of the taxis which enter the Taxi Taking Area built-in so that it can always monitor the images of the unkind taxis and the passengers can enjoy kinder services and at the same time, the taxi passengers can use the taxis easily since the shorted taxis in the Taxi Taking Area can be filled up by automatic calling.
The situational board for taxi standing-by installed at the entrance of the Taxi Standing-by Area displays average standing-by time by destination so that the taxi drivers can decide in advance whether they enter or not and the destination before they enter the standing-by area. It can exterminate the perpetual frictions and the right and wrong among the drivers by intercepting the cutting in lines and the illegal driving of the taxis and can plan the righteous and ordered taxi business and taking the taxis, which is the purpose of this system.

 
 
Most of the vehicles parking in Incheon International Airport are largely the ones parking for a long time making the parking fee go on accumulating till the whole sum is too much to pay, so in case of losing the parking tickets, there might be any limitations in calculating the parking fee.

The vehicle license plate recognition system for parking lot which was installed in order to compensate with these recognizes the license plate number and prints it on the parking ticket when a vehicle enters the parking lot before the driver takes the ticket out, and when the vehicle leaves the parking lot, it can sort out the parking lot users who adopt expedients such as the disagreement between the number of the parking ticket and the vehicle license plate number. In case of losing and damaging the parking tickets, it is designed to calculate automatically the parking fee by searching for the license plate number.
Moreover, whenever target vehicles of special supervision enter the parking lot, it is
designed to issue warning alarms for these vehicles.
 
 

As for the resident, the barrier gate can be opened and closed by the recognition of the vehicle license plate number and if not, prepare the alternative plan with which the entrance and exit are possible whether the recognition of Fingerprint, Proximity RF Card or else touch input of secret number are possible or not.
And as for the visitor, in case of reservation in advance through coded/codeless or (HA)Home Automation, it is allowed to enter the parking lot as soon as the vehicle license plate number is recognized. In case, the public area for the use of visitors, and the admission into the generations are needed, RF Card which has all the location information on it will be issued lest the visitors should be caused inconveniences.

Especially, in case of the resident or the registered visitor, it can be integrated with each Home Auto System of corresponded generation and proceeds with the business just like transmitting the arrival of visiting vehicle or resident's vehicle via voice or image, character, etc.
 
 
It is installed in such places as National authorities, R & D centers, factories, etc. which need high level of security recognizes the license plate number of incoming and outgoing vehicles and opens the barrier gate if it is a registered vehicle and in case of a visitor, lets the vehicle enter and leave the corresponded area after finishing the proper procedures.


As for the visitors and VIPs who had been registered reservation in advance, an RF Card will be automatically issued and used instead of certificate of visit and the system can be operated enough to allow the visitor to enter and leave permitted position. When confidential secrets are required, it recognizes the license plate numbers of the taxis, delivery vehicles, general vehicles and can automatically display management screen along with operation of alarm light and also can print the target list of precaution and especially supervise it.
 
 

It can be integrated with CRM (for customer management) systems in order to exit the customers' vehicles who had bought commodities or VIP's vehicles with no fee, can recognize the license plate numbers of its customers, confirm the particulars of purchasing commodities or supply exit conveniences in case it is confirmed as a VIP.

Even if it is a general member not a VIP, can be integrated with POS (Point of Sale) after purchasing commodities and can input the customer's card or his/her vehicle license plate number, and then lets the guide know that he/she is the customer who has already bought something and leads the service for customers and can build the system enough to omit the unnecessary confirming procedures. Before everything else, it is recommended to apply it as a basic information of customers creation and customers complimentary policy by analyzing the customer's tendency of purchasing using vehicles who have shown high royalty.
 
 
It is installed in public-managed parking lots, toll parking lots, IBS building parking lots, etc. so that it may separately recognize the regular vehicles and the general vehicles and as for the visitors' cars, it can print and issue the license plate number on the parking ticket making the parking fee adjusting possible, and in case of IBS building, the person who is in charge makes the visitors exit their vehicles with no charge by inputting the vehicle license plate numbers or parking ticket numbers on his client PC after going through the process of vehicle license plate number recognition.
 
 

It can raise the degree of clearness in fee collecting by the recognition of license plate number of the vehicles which pass the toll gates examining the genuineness of the runaway vehicles, exempted vehicles.

On the way of fee calculating, when the vehicle which has not finished settling accounts runs away, it can recognize the vehicle license plate number of the runaway vehicle and can demand to pay additional fee, therefore, a perfect management of vehicles which pass toll gates is possible.
