The arm of GT-2031-5 is made of aluminum and operated by AC motor installed in the middle of the mechanism base.
There are two types in the base of controller for parking lot use, one is Bearing for Motor Drive Shaft Use and the other is Gear Box and Balance Spring.

AC motor needs not any friction clutch since it is designed to change electric current according to the position of operation, so that it doesn't tave risk of damage and need of maintenance and can be installed in any places.

In opening and closing position, the mechanism is received power supporting mechanical locking by the lever system. This plays an important role to minimize electricity consumption and evaporates heat preventing the outbreak of setting and rust. This guarantees that barrier gate of Winner Technology be exactly operated without failure especially on a cold weather.
   
 


Installation of Case and Mechanism

GT-2031-5 is wired, tested in the factory and provided with all the required attachments which are needed for system installation after being ready to be connected with external device.

GT-2031-5 is made of 2mm stainless steel or 2mm zinc galvanized(coated) steel sheet and is coated with phosphate powder to prevent corrosion. And the base of barrier gate is made of 3mm zinc galvanized(coated) steel sheet.

The controller of GT-2031-5 is installed on the panel of zinc galvanized(coated) steel sheet and all the housings for GT-2031-5 can be easily watched inner components and maintained through the door for maintenance or movable top cover. The standard color is jade green and yellow, but it can be customized.

The arm of GT-2031-5 can be installed either to the right or to the left and also can be supplied and the standard product has a door for maintenance, ordinary at the back of the housing, but it can be installed anywhere else in the housing, if requested.
 
 
The arm of Barrier Gate is a pressing out product of aluminum alloy and its shape is of equilibrium. It is painted white and it has light red reflez stripes. And a rubber pad is attached at the lower part of the arm.

 
Folding Arm
If there is a limit of height in the parking lot in your mind, a folding barrier gate is attached and supplied. In oredr to calculate the size of the folding barrier gate, the legth(w) and height(H) of it should be confirmed and provided.
